In my case i extracted to a folder in my desktop C:\Users\Miguel\Desktop\Magiclantern\ĭouble-Click eos7d123.exe and unzip it in the same folder.

As usually, first on the Compact Flash card (CF) and after this, to start a fictive update again. After update, I tried to re-install my Magic Lantern.
